Bayfield log cottage is a unique winter getaway located only 2 hours west of Toronto and 1 hour north of London. This open concept cottage situated on a large lot in the woods provides a great atmosphere to relax by the warmth of the wood stove. The quaint village of Bayfield is located 2 km from the cottage and provides groceries, LCBO, fuel, dining and pubs in the winter months. OFSC snowmobile trail 200 meters from cottage. Local winter activities include cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and skating. Many winter activities are available at Pinery Provincial Park on the shores of Lake Huron 1/2 hour south of Bayfield. The nearby Hullett Provincial Wildlife Area is ready to explore with over 5000 acres of public land. Winter weekends are available for as low as $325 and mid week prices start at $100 per night.
