VCR with a library of 350 videotapes, Nintendo with 30 games on 29" television in upstairs bedroom, stereo, CD, tape deck, etc. Three large bedrooms plus one bed on a loft mezzanine. Three outside balconies and gas barbecue. Sauna room with capacity for 6 adults.
Located across from a stream with trout, down from the fish farm and hatchery. "Jay's Chalet" is only one-quarter mile from a wild animal sanctuary which openly welcomes visitors on their grounds. Very private and well treed property, minutes from 7 golf courses. Next to various nature trails. Minutes from white water rafting, swimming, boating, hiking, biking, horseback riding, and close to all amenities. No pets. No smoking.
The chalet is very private amid massive pine trees, on a hill facing the west (setting sun) 500 meters off the main autoroute (#117) that gives access to Mont Blanc, Tremblant, and Gray Rocks. It is within minutes (½ mile) of the picturesque town of Mont Tremblant.
Waterfront: Five-minute drive to Tremblant Provincial Park. 12 to 15 lakes within a 10-minute drive. Eight-minute walk to small lake with sandy, shallow beach.
Skiing: Minutes from Mont Tremblant, Gray Rocks, and Mont. Blanc.
