This private luxury detached two-story chalet that accommodates 10-12 people comfortably, is set on a one-acre lot in a beautiful, natural setting with lush trees and greenery. It is equipped with a large 800 sq. ft. walkout deck from the living room, with a picnic, patio furniture and firepit.

There is a spacious, open-concept living room with cathedral ceilings and pine floors. A gas fireplaces completes the scene. There is also a fully equipped kitchen/dining area as well as three large spacious bedrooms with dressers and closets. Each is decorated with special flare to make your stay relaxing and memorable. Upstairs is a two-piece bathroom, and downstairs is a three-piece bathroom.

Snow removal is provided during winter months along with lawn maintenance during the summer months. The chalet is walking distance to the convenience store and restaurants. It is minutes to Blue Mountain resorts and nearby beaches. There is access to a hotel swimming pool across the street. It is also minutes from downtown Collingwood, 15 minutes from Wasaga Beach by car, and many other attractions in the area.

This perfect chalet getaway has a little something for everyone... Family time, party time, romance time, etc.
