If you are a nature lover, relax and enjoy 1 of 3 cottages located on the Sequin River. Each of the three cottages is very private on its own separate land. These rustic solar-powered cottages offer tranquility, wildlife and an opportunity to get back to the basics. This property offers swimming, canoeing, fishing, cycling, hiking, snowmobiling and ATV-ing with access to the 55 acres Sequin Trail System, which is part of the Discovery Routes Trails. Located off of Hwy 518, it is only a 40-minute drive from Huntsville and reminds you of the simple pleasures that are obtained by getting closer with Mother Nature. The serenity and privacy afforded by this large piece of real estate will give you peace of mind as your troubles float away while you are relaxing on the Sequin River. A swimming area is available a short walk away. There is also a rowboat available for use. Solar panel energy and propane replace the need for hydro. There is also an oil furnace for chilly fall evenings. Please bring bottled water for drinking. No smoking. The bedrooms in this cottage offer four single beds and one double. If further sleeping arrangements are required there is plenty of room to pitch a tent and this spot promises to be popular for fishing and snowmobile enthusiasts. After a full day of the outdoors relax at the picnic table beside the fire pit and recount the number of bass or pike you caught that day.
