The lower level features three generously sized bedrooms with carpeted floors, the master bedroom shares a semi-ensuite to the oversized four piece bathroom and there is a rec. room with parquet flooring and an air hockey table for you to enjoy. The backyard is level and has a fire pit and lots of space for running around. This cottage is an excellent year round retreat. It is only 15 minutes from Huntsville and perfect for the winter sportsman as it is located directly on the OFSC snowmobile trail! Waterfront: Bay Lake.
