Please bring your own linens. Bring your own drinking water. This 3.25 acres peninsula is nicely wooded with pine and birch, and features approximately 730 feet of shared waterfront on Lake Vernon. The condo is winterized, with electric heat. The area offers extensive boating, fishing and water sports in the summer, as well as snowmobiling , cross-country skiing and downhill skiing (at Hidden Valley Resort and Arrowhead Provincial Park) in the winter -- truly a year-round getaway. Located in a resort setting between two other attached units, the condo has a small deck with a great view to the west. The bedroom has a queen bed, with a fan for extra comfort, and there is a pull=out couch in the living room area. This property is located approximately two hours north of Toronto
and is easily accessible year-round. Is is only minutes by car
or boat to golf at Deerhurst or Grandview, or to shopping in
Huntsville. Horseback riding and tennis are also nearby.
