Beach Road Cottage
Number of bedrooms: 2, sleeps 8 Number of bathrooms: 2 Appliances and furnishings: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishes, pots, pans, bar with bar fridge in basement, barbeque, and brand new furniture throughout. Please bring your own linens. Long Lake Cottage has two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a set of bunk beds and the other bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a queen-sized futon and a pull-out couch. This cottage is perfect for a small family getaway. The cottage has western exposure, with a great view from the living room and kitchen. Almost everything in the cottage is brand new. The windows have just been installed and a brand new wrap-around deck has also been built. The living room/kitchen/dining room is all open concept. The furniture throughout the cottage is also brand new. The upstairs bathroom is a four-piece, while the downstairs bathroom is a three-piece. All have been newly renovated. The basement has a large rec-room/family room with a bar. The cottage is located on a deep lot, close to the waterfront. There is a walk-out from the basement to the waterfront with a small patio. The level lot is great for families with children. There is 100 feet of water frontage. There is a sandy beach and a permanent dock. Long Lake is a smaller lake, 1 mile long and 100 feet across. The deepest point in the lake is 50 feet. The lake is not at all rough and has good fishing for bass. Waterfront: 100 feet of waterfront on Long's Lake. Sandy beach. Great for children.
