"Oh the beauty! It has been a few years since I have been up north. The weather was warm.

Enjoyed the cottage. Did not even turn on the TV or buy a newspaper. The red squirrel and chipmunks are a delight. Watched Mary, a Skier & I, a Bare Footer. Port Carling was a great visit on a rainy day.

The water temperature was around 75 degrees, and the last 3 nights, we watched the stars. What a sight! Shooting stars galore. The train horn could be heard for miles at night. Reminded me of when I was a kid. Took a car ride around the lake. There is some beautiful wooded areas. Tried to canoe the lake but was too lazy.

Now that our week is over I wanted to let anybody who comes to this cottage to continue feeding the chipmunks and red squirrels. We had a great time having them eat out of our hands."

"Played music, played bongos, drank and had some adventures. Canoed, swan & sunbathed. We played bongos by candlelight & Beth and Annabelle (from Australia) came for the day. This place is so nice & comfortable. We will definitely be coming back with friends again."

"Rented a boat from town, went fishing daily. The children were more successful than dad. Swimming and perfecting our cannonballs, best of all, a lot of rest and relaxation. For the evening when you want an ice cream, the candy store in Port Carling is the place. There was odour from several flowers ,and we sat in the Muskoka chairs off the lake.

Everyday seeing our children have fun and be lucky fishing was great. Our children loved the water and were in it daily."
