The view of Loon Bay is breathtaking and unobstructed through the glass railing and numerous windows throughout this magnificent home. The southwest exposure provides you spectacular sunsets on this 100 by 400 foot lot. This five-level, 4000 square foot, split-level house has it all, from the unique ceramic at the entrance right up to the hot tub on the top floor. It has an open-concept living, dining, kitchen area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The 30 foot ceilings here showcase the unique architecture. The fabulous meals you prepare can be served in the dining area that seats eight, or on the patio while you enjoy the view of the majestic waters of Georgian Bay’s 30,000 Islands. If burning off a few calories and getting in shape is important to you, then the tread mill, stationary bike or bow-flex machine can be put to use while watching TV or enjoying the impressive view of the water.
