Just a short drive from some of the best golfing in the Muskoka area, this open concept home would be a wonderful retreat after a long day of golf. Located in a prestigious area of Huntsville, the breathtaking view is one that would be hard to match. Close to all the amenities that Huntsville has to offer, this retreat is sure to please. You will find hardwood floors throughout the living room, master and second bedrooms. The living room also includes a vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace for winter nights. It is also equipped with a surround sound entertainment system for rainy days. French doors from the living room lead out to the 30 x 15-foot wood deck, which would be a peaceful place to sip your morning coffee. It can be accessed from the front vestibule, which has a storage closet for winter gear. The front door is flanked by floor-to-ceiling windows to ensure a bright entrance area. A stone ramp off the front porch provides a great view of the trout pond, which is stocked with fish. This wonderful property abuts a 30-acre conservation area for your hiking pleasure.
